Those of you interested in the parents with disabilities issue should check out research done by Through the Looking Glass in the US they have a national center and its on the web if someone has their web site handy please post it otherwise do a key word earch on any engine for THtough the Looking GlaSS AND WHEN i WAS INVOLVED WITH THEM i WROTE A CASE REVIEW OF LEGAL SITUATIONS WHERE DISABILITY WAS THE the reason for state involvement or removal of children from disabled parents almost iexclusively parents with mental disabilities, both illness such as mental health consumers and developmental disabilities. They may be able to get the report to you.
