What the patient lies on has no bearing on the actual effectiveness of the shock. Current leakage through the patient and on to the stretcher is what causes the problem from the rescuer point of view. Regards Keith %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
