Hello! I wonder if somebody knows more about the Mediterranean Programmes in EU. The people who now work with the Northern Dimension would like to compare this concept with the recpective arrangements for the Southern parts of EU. What I do have is the Council Regulation (EEC) 2088/85, OJ L 197 (27.7.1985) and the Special Report 4/90, OJ C 298 (1990). These two I have.
