Hi Majeed It's generally not a good idea to post attached files to mailing lists - apart from the risk of virus infection there's no guarantee that the person receiving the attachment can view it - they may have an incompatible system. Therefore the information is far better delivered in the body of an email message. You also risk overfilling people's mail accounts!
