Hi,

If you do not identify an individual you are OK, for example if you are
only giving company details.

If you identify an individual be it as a company owner or as a contact 
person you must have:

a. permission from the individual;
b. be registered with the DPR to disclose the information.

Being in the North you would be registering with the DPR in the UK, but
you should treat details of employer's in the South in exactly the same
way as if they were in the North (ie. you still need permission etc).
