Dear Colleague I would like to run a telephone skills course here at KCL, preferably using telephone equipment. The accent will be on 'customer care' skills and dealing with difficult enquiries. I should be grateful for advice about a presenter, preferably within easy reach of central London. I would like to offer a session during February.
