I have a matlab file with Heather Drury's segmentation of the Visible Human in connection with my so-called "brede" Matlab toolbox: http://hendrix.imm.dtu.dk/software/brede/brede.html You can also try to look into the original files of Heather Drury: http://stp.wustl.edu/caret.html My matlab file contains coordinates and connection indices. The sulci are quite easy to see, however, the coordinates of the sulci are not labeled, if that is what you need.
