Hi, I would like to export activation maps such that I can get into something such as photoshop. Can anybody tell me explicitly what to do to do this. Ideally I would like to have 21 activation maps, one for each of my axial slices that were acquired, I would then use photoshop to overlay onto t1 or t2 images. Thus the activation that I want to export is just the functional not the combined anatomical and activation. I looked in the mail base and see how to do the gif print of the images.
