Hi,

While running the normalization procedrue on my fMRI data,
I get the error that "nanatspmII01.img" cannot be resampled.
II01.img is the anatomical file that is used for the normalization.
It seems that SPM99b creates a new directory called nanatspm
and puts the normalized .hdr file in it. What seems to be funny
is taht the anatomical file is renamed nanatspmII01.img rather than
having it put into the nanat directory (e.g., it seems like it
should be nanatspm/II01.img).

Despite the error message, the normalization procedure continues
and writes the correct number of nr* files that are all the same
size. Are these files normalized correctly? IN other words,
is the error affecting the normalization process?

Thanks in advance, Cathy
