Hello SPM-friends, I've got a little problem with the normalization of images under SPM96. They will be always to little. The data are a 22 slice image of a fMRI, I tryed to normalize this and use as parameterfile the morph image from the fMRI data and for the template the SPM-template file T2.img I tryed this again with the same parameters under SPM99b and get correct results. Can somebody tell me what's the difference to SPM99 or how I get normalized images under SPM96??
