Dear SPM users, We have normalized our T1 image on T1 template from MNI. A sn3d.mat file was created. It contains Affine, Dims, MF, MG, Transform and mgc matrix. We need to convert, coordinates (x y z) of a voxel belonging to a T2 image realigned on our T1 image in the Talairach space (of T1 template). We want not to modify the intensity of this voxel, just getting the new (x' y' z') coordinates. We think that it is possible to calculate these coordinates with the parameters of the sn3d. mat file; can you give us the operations to performed and how using these parameters.
