We are running two 3-day courses at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK between 7th and 9th September on Dealing with Data and Soft Computing BOTH INVOLVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE OF COMPUTER SOFTWARE USED WIDELY IN INDUSTRY. Dealing with Data covers the fundamentals of statistics, with underlying principles being explained in a non-technical way. Soft Computing covers neural networks, fuzzy logic and genetic algorithms. **Cost** The fee for each course is £600 (VAT free), to include registration, course materials, certificate of attendance, and coffee, lunch and tea each day.
