As usual, SASP 2000 will have a format similar to that of a Gordon Conference, with about 20 hours of lectures, 10 hours of poster presentations and ample time for discussions. Deadlines: Registration July 30, 1999 Payment of the conference fee October 28, 1999 Submission of papers for proceedings November 15, 1999 Preliminary list of review lectures: Simona CAVALLI (Perugia, Italy): "Theory of three atom chemical reactions". Francesco DE MARTINI (Roma, Italy): "New trends in quantum optics and quantum information". Gustav GERBER (Wuerzburg, Germany): "Microscopic control of chemical reactions by feedback-optimized femtosecond laser pulses". Friedrich HUISKEN (Goettingen, Germany): "Molecular beams of light-emitting silicon nanoparticles. Generation and characterization". Cheuk-Yiu NG (Iowa, USA): "Advances in photoionization and photoelectron spectroscopy using third generation synchrotron radiation and VUV laser". Stephen D.
