Hey, who's this writing to the mining mailbase with a New Millennium Co. address - I thought they weren't allowed to take an interest in the past, particularly industrial history! Have you read my book about the history of the industries around the Dome site yet, then? No mines - but Greenwich Industrial History Society did find a sand extraction site up in Crooms Hill (the posh bit of Greenwich) last year.
