Although revised & reprinted in 1931 the 1/2" to Mile OS map I mentioned was published in 1914 and therefore it is out of copyright. In addition it states that it is a reduction of the 1" map of 1906-08 There must be some legal uncertainty over the copyright of current OS maps, most of which were derived by photographic enlargement from the last 1" series.
