Applicants should be able to perform the functions of University faculty, such as independent research and publication, teaching, direction of undergraduate research projects, service on graduate committees, and participation in University-related lectures and seminars. Training or experience in documentary editing or archives management is advantageous; the ability to work in close collaboration with a team of historical editors is necessary.
