via the CLS website:

This version incorporates improvements to the variable descriptions that
have been suggested since the last release - along with a large number of
technical amendments to the variables in the cancer and mortality files.
Individuals who are registered to receive future updates of the LS Data
Dictionary will receive a copy of the latest version shortly.
