     As the Internet is being increasingly used in libraries, searching the 
     Internet and getting a result is very frustrating. Does the Internet 
     need cataloguing? Is keyword searching really adequate as the search 
     engine providers insist? This talk will look at issues such as these. 
     It will discuss the new standards that have been created to catalogue 
     the Net, such as the Dublin Core, and who is cataloguing now.
