As a temporary measure to deal with the problem of "Today's Legal News" messages reaching lis-ukolug, I have changed the option for sending email to the list - now only legitimate list members can send email to the list. However, if your email address has changed since you joined the list, your posting may be be rejected; if this is the case, please contact me directly at <[log in to unmask]>. I am experiencing problems with my local mailserver, and my outgoing messages appear to be delayed. However, I have just received confirmation from Mailbase that " The list attribute 'mailin' has been changed to no on the lis-ukolug list".
