I sent an earlier message about the pay/grading of library assistants. Sorry, I should have made it clearer that what I was interested in is whether library/senior library assistants are paid and graded on the same scales as the rest of the university secretarial/clerical staff (eg departmental secretaries) or if there is a special scale for library staff.
