Dear ILL folk We are having a new Library computer system which is going "live" on 2nd August 1999. Please can you avoid sending requests to us during July and August unless we are the last or only location? We are having training and all kinds of extras to fit in - not to mention a holiday here and there too - so we'd be very grateful for your forbearance.
