Dear all, Does anybody have the above maths file in their Teaching Resources Collection? The publisher is E.J. Arnold but it is now out of print and we have several pages missing and it is still used. Would anybody be willing to lend it to me for a brief period to photocopy the missing pages (I'd take great care of it!) or be willing to supply me with photocopies?
