Press Release

EBSCO London is relocating!

EBSCO London has been expanding its operations over the past 3 years,
resulting in a decision to relocate to larger premises, in North London.

The new office is a self-contained suite within a large, modern,
purpose-built facility. Significantly larger than the present premises, it
offers improved boardroom facilities for meetings and presentations; a
designated specialised training area, and room for a larger UK consolidation
operation.

EBSCO London will also be taking advantage of the move to upgrade IT and
communications systems. This includes installing over 100 ISDN lines and
further expanding internet capacity and capability, so enchancing the speed
of communication with customers, publishers and EBSCO's worldwide network of
regional offices.

EBSCO London will be moving on Friday 28 May 1999 to: -

4th Floor, Kingmaker House, Station Road, New Barnet EN5 1NZ

Phone: 0181 447 4200 Fax: 0181 440 2205 VALID ONLY FROM 1 JUNE

To ensure minimum disruption, EBSCO London will be moving over a weekend,
closing the existing Mill Street office on Thursday 27 May at 5pm and
opening again in New Barnet on the first working day after the move, Tuesday
1 June (after the Bank Holiday).

Customers and publishers can expect to receive personalised letters and
emails from EBSCO London in the weeks running up to the relocation, and will
see adverts in trade press confirming these details.
