Judy is right in saying that consumer information will be a major part of the NeLH. I understand that NHSDirect is responsible for this part of NeLH - it will be known as NHSDirect Online. The launch is early December (I've heard the 7th....) I also gather that the PM might be launching it - if not it will be the Secretary of State.
