That's a lie. There is no proposed U.S. Federal commercial email bill with a
section 301. Senate Resolution S 1618 / House Resolution HR 3888 was amended
in early September of 1998 (The Murkowski Amendment). Title III / Section 301
was completely removed. HR 3888 itself (as a proposed bill) expired at the end
of 1998 when it died in committee.
So can we bomb them ?   ;-)
 

maybe a better idea is to stop them using Mailbase.

This looks distinctly dodgy to me - civil liberties and all that. Criminal Records on line?
