Yes, on the grounds that the DSA award had all been used up paying for NMH support and, quote, 'The CC would rather pay for the support than the assessment' - not that the CC was prepared to provide the support without the assessment. We are lucky in having a C.Psychol on team who is happy to include detailed DSA recommendations. This clearly benefits the student, if not the Access Centre.
