Help! Can any list members offer any advice on how the new data protection act impacts on the use of CCTV. Am I right to assume that if the purpose of the CCTV is the prevention and detection of crime, apprehension or prosecution of offenders, securing the health, safety and welfare of persons at work, the exemptions stated within the act apply.
