Dear List members, I wonder if someone can help me. I am researching the application of the Data Protection Act 1984 (and 1998) to the use of the Web by UK universities, and have come across references to a "proforma for registration of X.500 directory services within universities" on at least one DP Register entry. This document has clearly been used by a number of other universities as the wording used when defining the purpose is almost identical each time: "The provision of user directory services based on the CCITT X.500/ ISO 9594 Standard." Can anyone point me to where I can find this "proforma"? A hunt around the DPR Web site reveals nothing. Thank you in advance for your help.
