Thanks to Cris for his good post. Happy to go with his people / talk before writing / writing mode of transmission - it's so obviously a good way, and something we miss out on frequently in Durham - certainly on that occasion - so it's taken me years of non-systematic gap-plugging in the way I described to in any sense "catch up". Yes, I'm sure I remember primary langpo poets published in UK before L=A=N=GUAGE arrived here, but haven't dug around to find the evidence. Is there a bibliographer in the house?
