MAD2 is still is print and available from Gower Publishing Ltd (Gower House, Croft Road, Aldershot GU11 3HR (01252) 331551); and presumably through all good bookshops. Although originally scheduled to appear early in the New Year we are disappointed to report that MAD3 is unlikely to appear before June 2000.
