Dear all, My purpose is to compare the mutation rate (%) among four regions (i.e. coding region vs noncoding region vs bi-starnd vs neither strands). I All region (N=147) is composed of coding region + noncoding region + bi-strand + neither strands = all region Is there a kind of multiple comparsio of proportions? or else, how could I solve the problem?
