Dear AllStat-ers,

here's my second question for the last week.
I have some clinical (medical ?) results which I want to analyze.

I have data for about 60 patients each of them can be described with
some numerical parameter X (say "age", it doesn't really matter).
During 5 days each of them was taken a temperature every 2 hours,
unless the patient was asleep.

"Time when the patient fell asleep for the first time" is another
numerical parameter Y.

I want to analyze correlation between X and Y.
It wouldn't be any difficult, but few of the patients stood awake
all the 5 days.
any idea how it can be solved ???

Regards, (Наилучшие пожелания)
