The Centre for Medical Statistics @ Keele is Expanding.

A fixed term (3-years, in the first instance) Lectureship in
Medical Statistics will be advertised shortly. The post,
based in the Centre, is designed to develop and support
Randomised Controlled Clinical Trials associated with
the local R&D Culyer programme. The Centre has expertise
in this area, which it and its NHS partners see as a priority
for further strategic development.

The post will be available in the Centre for  Medical Statistics
and the person appointed will be actively involved in the
supporting and developing a new Clinical Trials Development Unit
and working closely with the Programme Director in this area of
R&D activity.

A technically proficient post-doctoral medical statistician interested
in statistical modelling in RCTs is sought (MSc  preferred).

The Centre is housed on the 3rd Floor of the modern MacKay
building in the middle of Keele's rather pleasant 617 acre campus.
