Hello, I am looking for library or code in C for cluster analysis. I found in http://www.astro.psu.edu/statcodes/sc_multclass.html a lot of interesting code, unfortunetely, it is all in fortran. What's happen for other programmers than fortran. Do they rewrite all the time what have been already written thousands of times. Web links, code,... appreciated. Thank you.
