Dear list members, I'm looking for the following reference: Harrel, F.E. 'The PHGLM procedure', SAS supplemental Library User's Guide, Version 5 Edition, SAS Institute, Cary, N.C., 1986. The reason I'd like to look at it is that it was referenced as a source of Harrel's linear correlation test based on Schoenfeld's residuals of the Cox's proportional hazards model. I found this test the most suitable for my data.
