Responsibilities will include the management and development of student feedback processes, market research and liaison with external organisations. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent; a relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable. Experience in the production and interpretation of statistical data is essential. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as highly developed IT skills including the use of spreadsheets and complex databases. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is essential together with supervisory experience.
