Is there any information on how these cheques are to be sent to HEIs---alpha order? alpha order by year? Do we have the opportunity for input/negotiation? Is there a contact at the SLC who would advice?A recent meeting with our Finance Division revealed that they needed detail if they are to be able to make thenecessary arrangments.
