Do any of the post 92 universities have the option/right/facility to appoint a Visitor? I have a solicitor who swears me blind that DMU should be able to appoint a Visitor to make a judgement in her client's dispute with us or alternatively that the Lord Chancellor will appoint one for us cos other post 92 universities can/do.
