Charters
I have not forgotten that some colleagues said they would like a copy of the
DMU charter when it was available.  I must however confess that I have
forgotten who those colleagues were (sorry).  The current charter is a minor
revision of the old one.  A major review is to be undertaken with the aim of
re-launching next session.  If you are still interested in seeing our
current charter please let me have your name and address and I promise I
will send you one (honest).

Complaints
Have any of your institutions taken on board the vulnerability of complaints
managers to possible verbal/physical abuse and stress and the potential for
demotivation when we are constantly receiving negative feedback about the
organisations in which we work?  Has anyone set up an internal/external
support network or any tips on training etc to support complaints managers?
I would be grateful for your views/ideas.
