Dear all - At Brunel, students who fail to pass the QTS elements of their degree are awarded a degree with a different title to that of the "with QTS" award. This is to clearly identify from the course title whether or not QTS (ie a CertEd) was awarded. Do other institutions follow a similar practice or do you use the same degree title but not issue the CertEd? Please reply direct to me. I'm happy to put up a summary of responses, if anyone would be interested. Thanks for your help.
