Marie, 1. At Salford, we had one incident last year. The degree was 'doctored' indicating 'First Class Honours, Division One'(?). The individual has never attended any course at our University. We reported the fraud to the police and the person was prosecuted as the employment was obtained on the basis of that degree. 2. We use 'Second Class Honours, Division Two'. I would be interested to know what [if any] action was taken. has anyone ever withdrawn a degree ? Does anyone use 'Class Two Division Two' rather than Class II on certs ? thanks in advance Marie ---------------------- Marie Ward University Examinations Officer Liverpool John Moores University [log in to unmask] %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
