At Anglia, first year students whose mother tongue is not English may 
use a dictionary in exmas.

I am impressed with Lincoln's process for limiting the opportunities 
for cheating.  We have nothing that sophisticated in place - 
invigilators do spot checks on dictionaries during the exam.  We may 
look at that again!
