I would be most grateful if any institution in the following position would contact me directly to discuss issues surrounding the HESA HESES recreation and HEFCE's use of it. Any information provided will be treated confidentially. Has your institution either: 1) been subject to clawback due to over-recruitment to the MASN according to the HESES return, but found that the HESA recreation indicates that no over-recruitment occurred; or 2) not been subject to clawback according to HESES, but potentially or actually (depending on the minimum level) been subject to clawback as a result of the HESA HESES recreation?
