Please find below details of the forthcoming UCISA Seminar on Student Systems. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Event: UCISA Seminar on Student Systems into the Millennium at: The University of Bradford on: Thursday 10th June 1999 Student Systems into the Millennium This seminar reflects the growing interest in student information systems, and especially the perceived capability of package solutions to meet many of the current and future needs of the modern University. The aim of this seminar event is to provide up-to-date information on practical experiences, with the theme of anticipating some of the future trends and directions in this evolving business area. We are inviting key suppliers and practitioners to present their future visions of the student information system - although it is not the aim of this seminar series to market any particular product. Rather, it is to inform Universities of current best practice in the mechanics of selecting new system approaches, and taking a holistic view of future technology and business developments. Venue University of Bradford: Heaton Mount, Management Centre, University of Bradford Management Centre campus (about 2 miles from the main campus in the City Centre). Time Registration at 10.00 to start at 10.30, finishing at about 16:00 Cost The cost per delegate will be £50 for UCISA members and £75 for non-members for the day, to include refreshments and a buffet lunch.
