Frank We have just two people (including myself) employed specifically in the Planning function, although I'm looking for approval for another post next year. The department as a whole also includes MIS (8 plus a one year temp post), Legal Services (2) and an admin support group (2.5). I would appreciate a summary of your findings if you produce one.
