I have enquired of a contact at the DfEE, and the most up-to-date news is that the postgraduate fee rate will not be covered in the announcement of undergraduate rates of fees and support at the end of this month. (I have been told that the undergraduate fee and loan rates will be in the answer to a parliamentary question on Friday this week, January 29. There will be a parallel press release, and, hopefully, publication on the DfEE web site. The postgraduate fee will be notified to the CVCP and other relevant bodies within a week or so of that announcement.
