We have recently provided wards with access to Chemistry, Haematology and Microbiology results via computer terminals and have chosen to suppress all of the Serology data in Microbiology (HIV, Hep B etc.) as well as all Occupational Health results. We would be interested to know what approach other sites have taken. Does anyone prevent access to pregnancy tests, alcohol levels, drug screens etc.? Do you suppress Clinical details? Is data from the Family Planning Clinic made available? We would be interested in your comments. Steve Jones Eastbourne DGH
