We are using the automated system "Hydrasis" from Sebia. We found it more practical than the Helena system. It also allows immunofixation, urinary electrophoresis without concentration step, and others (hemoglobin ...). Another very interesting automated system is the Paragon 2000 (Beckman) based on capillary electrophoresis. It is quick and reliable. Numerous studies were published.
