Has anyone documented the extent of sertraline crossreactivity with benzodiazepine urine drug screening methods, specifically the Abbott AxSYM method? Abbott's package insert says only that 1,000,000 ng/mL sertraline (5-20 times the [parent + metabolites] concentration expected on a recommended dose) will nudge the result above the baseline (with no hint as to how far above the baseline -- to the cutoff? beyond the cutoff?) Maybe the FDA could suggest how Abbott might improve the usefulness of their package inserts.
