This one turned up on my desk last Thursday. A 68 year old man, admitted
through the Accident & Emergency Department. Clinical information was
'pneumonia?'. Serum results were

Alkalinine phosphatase:	215 IU/L	(<126)	
AST:		1266 IU/L	(<41)
ALT:		2010 IU/L	(<56)
Creatine kinase:	3580 IU/L	(<170)
Free T4:	6.6 pmol/L	(10 - 26)
TSH:		33.0 mU/L	(0.25 - 5.5)
